Terms & Conditions Sponsorship
Confirmation & Payment
Sponsorship is considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and full payment according to the invoice issued by the organizer.
Booth & Activation
Booth allocation is based on sponsorship level and is subject to change by the organizer. Sponsors are responsible for their booth setup, staff, and activities within the allotted space.
Deadline
All logos, artwork, and materials must be submitted no later than 21 days before the event for inclusion in all promotional materials.
TVC / Video Content
TVC or video content must be submitted in the required format and duration. The organizer reserves the right to determine the placement and timing.
Artwork & Logo Usage
Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and supporting materials. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the placement and size of logos for design harmony and event branding.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation must be made in writing. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days before the event.
Promotional Rights
All sponsorship benefits are limited to this event only. The use of the event name, logo, or property for commercial purposes requires prior written approval from the organizer.
Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property related to the sponsor’s participation in the event.
